Inkwell Habits

Terms of use

Draft for the pre-release app · September 26, 2026. These pages must be reviewed and finalized before public launch.

These draft terms describe use of Inkwell Habits, developed by Emilie Schario. They are intended for review before public release.

The service

Inkwell is a personal habit journal. It lets you record habits, review your progress, and synchronize your journal through an account. Features may change while the app is in development.

Your account

Use an account you are authorized to access and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for what you enter in your journal. Do not use the service to interfere with other users, attempt unauthorized access, or violate applicable law.

Your content

You retain ownership of the information you enter. You allow us and our service providers to store and process it as needed to operate the app, display your journal, and synchronize your changes. Our privacy policy explains current data handling.

Progress and reminders

Streak calculations reflect the habit category and dates you choose. Reminders depend on device permissions and operating-system behavior; delivery is not guaranteed. Inkwell is not a medical service or an emergency reminder system.

Availability

During development, features may be interrupted or unavailable. Keep a separate copy of information you cannot afford to lose. We will describe any paid features and their terms before offering them; no paid subscription is currently implemented.

Leaving the service

You may stop using Inkwell at any time. Delete your account in Settings, or contact support if you cannot access it. Archiving a habit only hides it from the active list.

Final release terms

Release territories, eligibility requirements, governing law, and any applicable consumer terms remain to be finalized. Nothing in the final terms should remove rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
